    Shopping Cart and Online Checkout


    How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?

    To add a product to your Shopping Cart, click the Add To Cart button on the Product Details Page. All discounts and promotions unless indicated as "Phone-in or in-store offer only" message will be automatically applied to your order.

    How do I remove items from my Shopping Cart?

    To remove a product from your Shopping Cart, go to the Shopping Cart and check the checkbox to the right of the item you wish to remove, then click the Remove button located at the bottom left of the Shopping Cart page. The item will be removed and your subtotal will be updated.

    How do I change the quantity of an item in my Shopping Cart?

    To change the quantity of a particular item in the Shopping Cart, enter the desired number in the "Quantity" column on and then click the Update button located at the bottom right of the Shopping Cart page. The item quantity and subtotal will be updated.

    How do I add an extended warranty to my product?

    You can add a warranty to a product from its Product Details page by clicking the Add To Cart With Warranty button located just below the Add to Cart button. Select the warranty term you prefer in the new window by clicking the radio button next to it, then click the Add Product and Warranty to Cart button. Both your product and its warranty will be added to your Shopping Cart and your subtotals will be updated.

    You can also add a warranty to a product from the Shopping Cart. In your Shopping Cart, click the Add a Warranty link next to the product to which you would like to add a warranty. Select the warranty term you prefer in the new window by clicking the radio button next to it, then click the Add Warranty button. The warranty will be added to your product in your Shopping Cart and your subtotals will be updated.

    Can I pick up my online order instead of having it delivered?

    Yes. All online orders can be picked up at your local Brick Distribution Centre or at selected Brick store locations. Choose In-store Pick-up on the Delivery Options step of the checkout process (step 2), and then use the drop-down boxes to select the Brick Distribution Centre or Brick Store you'd like to pick your order up at. Please note that the first and last name of the person picking up the order must be provided, and that a valid photo I.D. confirming the person's identity must be presented at the pick-up location before the order will be released.

    What types of payment methods can I use online?

    TheBrick.com purchases can be made using Brick Card Platinum, Visa credit or debit card, Mastercard and American Express. Currently, Brick Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.

    I have questions or need to make changes to my order. Who do I contact?

    Any questions or changes to orders placed through the online Shopping Cart can be directed to our Internet Phone Sales team, toll-free, at 1-877-843-2742. To make changes to an order made in-store, please use the online Store Locator to obtain contact information for the store your purchase was made at.

    Where in Canada do you deliver?

    The Brick is proud to ship to anywhere in Canada. The majority of Canada is serviced by our Brick Truck Platinum Home Delivery Service. For more detailed information about our Platinum Delivery Service, click here. Areas not serviced by The Brick are serviced by contracted third party courier and shipping companies. For more information about third party courier delivery, click here. Some products are also available to be shipped via Canada Post's Xpresspost service.     Do you deliver to the United States?

    The Brick does not currently deliver anywhere in the United States of America and online or phone transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.

    Product Warranties & Protection Plans


    Does The Brick honour manufacturers' warranties on the products they sell?

    Yes. The Brick honours manufacturers' warranties, and on all furniture that does not come with a manufacturer's warranty The Brick offers a 1 Year Repair Warranty. For more information about manufacturers' warranties and The Brick 1 Year Repair Warranty, click here.

    Does The Brick offer extended warranties on furniture?

    Yes. The Brick's Blanket 5 Year Furniture Plan can be added to almost any furniture purchase and covers most construction and craftmanship defects. Currently, extended warranties on furniture items are not available for purchase online. Please call to order furniture items with extended warranties toll-free at 1-877-843-2742.     Does The Brick offer extended warranties on appliances and electronics?

    Yes. The Brick's Full Circle Protection Plan can be added to almost any appliance or electronic purchase and covers a broad range of repair and replacement costs. In addition, all Full Circle Protection Plans offer purchase value guarantees; if you don't make a claim, you'll get the full value of your Full Circle Plan purchase price credited back to you at the end of your coverage period toward your next furniture or mattress purchase.     Who do I contact if my product requires service?

    Furniture and mattress service can be obtained from your local Brick store. Please use the Store Locator to find specific contact information for the Brick store nearest you.

    You can also fill out a Request for Service or Repair online here, and a Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days.
