You’ll need to make sure the identical item is new, locally available, sold by an authorized retailer with standard warranties and priced in Canadian dollars. The Brick’s Saving You More Price Guarantee does not apply to as-is, limited quantity, time limited offers, discontinued or exclusive items, builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, pricing errors, prices from online auction, bid or retail aggregator sites or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public. We do not match prices offered on Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day.
One more thing – The Brick’s Saving You More Price Guarantee only applies to reasonable quantities for personal household use. Just bring in proof of the lower advertised price, or give us a chance to verify it, and you will be saying, “I just saved more at The Brick.”
The Brick Saves You More on Mattresses We know our competitors may not carry identical mattresses, that is why The Brick’s Mattress Plus 10 Guarantee applies to comparable mattresses with the same key features made by Canada’s leading brands.
If you find The Brick or a competitor advertising the same or comparable mattress at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 90 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender which you paid.
And, because we believe you should save more, we will give you an additional 10% of the refund amount. That’s how The Brick’s Mattress Plus 10 saves you more.
The Brick Saves You More on Appliances If you find the same appliance brand and model advertised at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions, within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will refund you the difference on the same tender which you paid.
And, because we believe you should save more, we will give you an additional 20% of the refund amount. That’s how The Brick’s Appliance Plus 20 saves you more.
If you buy an appliance at The Brick, we will offer you free removal of the old appliance your new appliance purchase replaces.
In advance of the scheduled appliance removal, just make sure all hoses, wires, plugs and water and gas connections are safely disconnected and there is a clear path to remove your old appliance. Unfortunately, if the old appliance is not ready to be removed at the scheduled time, a charge will be applied to future attempts to remove it.
We offer this service in most of the locations we serve, so check with your Brick customer service specialist to make sure it is offered in your area.

If your purchase is damaged, defective or not properly functioning, contact us within three days of delivery or pick-up and we will be pleased to assist you with a repair or a replacement.
All our products carry a one-year warranty against defects provided by the manufacturer or, where the manufacturer does not provide a one-year warranty, by The Brick.
For complete peace of mind, we recommend you purchase our extended warranty, available on most items we sell (excluding accessories).
With Mattress Plus, you are guaranteed a great sleep.
If you are not getting a great sleep on your new sleep set, we offer a one-time reselection within 90 days, or if you purchased a mattress pad, 180 days, from the date we delivered your mattress or you picked it up.
Try the sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a Mattress Plus comfort guarantee, as it can take time to get used to a new mattress.

With Electronics Plus, The Brick’s home electronics come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
When purchasing home electronics from The Brick, you can return product in its original, sealed, manufacturer's packaging and resale condition. Please contact us within seven days of the delivery or pick up date and we will be pleased to assist you in making a re-selection or refund.
There are a few things to remember when it comes to The Brick’s Satisfaction Guarantees –including Mattress Plus, Appliances Plus and Electronics Plus.
These Satisfaction Guarantees do not apply to special orders, made-to-order, ready to assemble (RTA), adjustable mattress bases, floor model or as-is product. As-is purchases are considered final sale.
Due to sanitary reasons, bedding accessories such as linens, pillows and mattress pads, etc., are non-returnable and are considered final sale. Pillows and Mattress Pads come with a manufacturer's warranty, so make sure you refer to the warranty card insert included in your product for warranty details.
Products covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee must be in like-new condition and free of any physical damages, other than any damage that may have been reported, within three days of delivery or pick-up. If needed, The Brick may obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing replacement. We do not credit delivery charges. Delivery charges will apply to your new selection.
