7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pick-up and we will be pleased to assist you in making a one-time re-selection of another product. If the product is in the original packaging and ready to be re-sold, we will be pleased to offer you a refund within the first 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Please note that delivery charges will apply to your reselection.

90 Day Major Appliance Satisfaction Guarantee

When purchasing any major appliance on your Brick Card, the satisfaction guarantee goes from 7 days to 90 days. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase under normal use, please contact us within 90 days of the delivery or pick up date and we will be pleased to assist you in making a one-time re-selection of another appliance. If the product is in the original packaging and ready to be re-sold, we will be pleased to offer you a refund within the first 90 days of delivery or pick-up. Please note that delivery charges will apply to your reselection.

Mattress Comfort Guarantee

If you are not getting a great sleep on your new set, we will offer you a one-time re-selection for 90 days from the date we delivered your mattress or you picked it up. We will extend this offer to 180 days if you purchased a mattress pad from The Brick along with the mattress. The Brick offers free delivery on your first sleep set when you purchase with your Brick Card. As it can take a period of time to get used to your new mattress, we encourage you to try the sleep set for at least 21 days before requesting a comfort guarantee.

Price Guarantee - Nobody beats The Brick

If you should find the same brand and model advertised by either The Brick or a competitor at a lower price, on identical terms and conditions within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will be pleased to refund you the difference. This price guarantee is extended to 90 days for sleep sets, with a further 10% refund on the price difference when matching a competitor’s price. The price guarantee is extended to 90 days on all major appliances if purchased on your Brick Card.

Extended Warranty | 100% Value Back

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, we offer extended programs that provide you with peace of mind on your new appliance and electronics purchases. Add a Full Circle warranty to your shopping cart and if it's not used, receive a credit for the full cost of the warranty to use towards a Brick furniture purchase.

Free In-Store Pick Up

We offer free in-store pick-up as an easy alternative to delivery. Order online and pick-up from one of our distribution centers within major metro locations like Burnaby, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Edmonton at no additional cost. In rural areas, we provide free shipping to the Brick store nearest to you for ease of pick-up! *may not be applicable in Whitehorse or Yellowknife
